long grain red rice

2 cups

olive oil

2 tablespoons

garlic, minced

2 cloves

onion, diced


vegetable broth

2 cups

smoked paprika

1 teaspoon

ground cumin

1 teaspoon

dried oregano

1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the red rice and stir to combine.

Step 4:
