Rinse the red chillies and garlic cloves under cold water and set aside.
Heat a pan and dry roast the cumin seeds until aromatic.
Add the roasted cumin seeds, red chillies, garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice into a grinder.
Grind the ingredients into a fine paste and add a little water if required.
The Red Garlic Chutney is ready to serve with snacks or main course dishes.
