Salt to taste



Step 1:

Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Step 3:

Add the soaked soya chunks and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add all the spices and mix well.

Step 5:

Cook for 5-7 minutes until the soya chunks are cooked through.

Step 6:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
