onion, finely chopped


tomato, finely chopped


green chili, finely chopped


fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Step 1:

Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 3:

Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 5:

Add the onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 6:

Add the tomato and green chili and sauté for a few minutes.

Step 7:

Add the coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, and salt.

Step 8:

Sauté for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Step 9:

Add the paneer cubes and mix well.

Step 10:

Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 11:

Add the cilantro and mix well.

Step 12:

Serve hot with roti or naan. Enjoy!
