Step 1:

Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.

Step 2:

Add the shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt to the food processor and pulse until everything is combined.

Step 3:

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.

Step 4:

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5:

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the balls to set.
