Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green chilli.
Once the seeds start to splutter, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
Now add the rava and roast it for a few minutes.
Add the peanuts, cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add the water and mix well.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the rava is cooked.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
