Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal.
When the seeds start to splutter, add chopped onions, carrots, green beans, and bell pepper.
Saute for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add rava/sooji and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the rava is cooked.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
