Directions

Step 1:

Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts and raisins. Fry until golden brown and keep aside.

Step 2:

In the same pan, add rava and roast until it turns golden brown.

Step 3:

Add water and sugar and mix well.

Step 4:

Add cardamom pods and saffron and mix well.

Step 5:

Cook until the mixture thickens and all the water is absorbed.

Step 6:

Add the fried cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.

Step 7:

Serve hot or warm. Enjoy!
