In a bowl, mix together the rava, curd, water, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.
Fry for a few seconds and then add the rava mixture.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
Grease an idli mould with oil and pour the mixture into it.
Steam the idlis for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
