plain yogurt

cucumber (peeled, deseeded, and finely chopped)

tomato (deseeded and finely chopped)

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper

1/4 teaspoon

fresh coriander (chopped)

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until it is smooth.

Step 2:

Add the finely chopped cucumber, tomato, salt, cumin powder, black pepper and mix well.

Step 3:

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Step 4:

Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
