Start by soaking the boondi in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
Add in the cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, and salt to the whisked yogurt and mix well.
Once the boondi is soft, squeeze out the water gently and add them to the yogurt mixture.
Stir gently to ensure the boondi is evenly coated in the yogurt.
Refrigerate the raita for about 1-2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve it chilled.
