ragi flour

wheat flour

1/2 cup

1/2 teaspoon

oil

warm water

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the ragi flour, wheat flour, and salt.

Step 2:

Add the oil and mix until the oil is evenly distributed.

Step 3:

Slowly add the warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 4:

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.

Step 5:

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 6:

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Step 7:

Roll each portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.

Step 8:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 9:

Place the roti on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned.

Step 10:

Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is lightly browned.

Step 11:

Serve the roti hot with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy!
