ragi flour (finger millet)

water

salt

Directions

Step 1:

Boil water in a deep pan and add salt to it.

Step 2:

Lower the flame and add the ragi flour gradually while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Step 3:

Cover the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Turn off the flame and mix the dough well with a wooden ladle.

Step 5:

When the mixture is cool enough to handle, take a small portion of the dough and make a round ball.

Step 6:

Serve the ragi mudde with sambar, chutney, or yogurt.
