In a bowl, mix together the ragi flour, jaggery, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, ghee and salt.
Add the water and mix until it forms a thick paste.
Heat a pan over medium heat and pour the mixture into it.
Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
Reduce the heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
