In a large bowl, mix together the ragi flour, rice flour, all-purpose flour, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, salt, baking soda, and sugar.
Add the chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, grated coconut, curd, and water. Mix everything together until it forms a thick batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with some oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly.
Cook the dosa for a few minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown.
Flip the dosa and cook the other side for a few minutes.
Serve the ragi dosa hot with chutney or sambar. Enjoy!
