chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

Salt to taste



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Step 2:

Add the tamarind paste and cook for a few minutes.

Step 3:

Add the cooked rice and mix well.

Step 4:

Add the grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Step 5:

Cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
