Pulav is a delicious dish made with rice, spices, and vegetables. It is often made with basmati rice, which is a long-grain variety of rice that is fragrant and flavorful. The rice is cooked with a variety of spices, such as cumin, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Vegetables, such as peas, carrots, and potatoes, are often added to the dish. The vegetables are cooked in the same pot as the rice, allowing the flavors to blend together. Pulav is usually served with a side of raita, which is a yogurt-based condiment that is flavored with herbs and spices.
