Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a few seconds.
Add onions and fry until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Fry for a few minutes.
Add prawns and fry for a few minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until the prawns are cooked.
Add chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
