cooked white rice

2 cups

cooked prawns, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb.

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

diced onion

1/2 cup

diced carrots

1/2 cup

diced bell pepper

1/2 cup

cloves garlic, minced


soy sauce

2 tablespoons

sesame oil

1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper, to taste



Step 1:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Add the cooked prawns and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

Step 5:

Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

Step 6:

Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Step 7:

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.

Step 8:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
