cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon


1 teaspoon

chopped coriander leaves

2 tablespoons

green chillies, chopped




Step 1:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the cumin and mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add the potatoes and fry for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add the turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt.

Step 5:

Fry for a few minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.

Step 6:

Add the chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.

Step 7:

Fry for a few more minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.

Step 8:

Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
