In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Add ghee and mix everything together.
Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take one ball and roll it out into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle and place the rolled out paratha on it.
Cook the paratha on both sides until it is golden brown.
Serve hot with curd or pickle.
