Directions

Step 1:

Peel and chop the potatoes into big cubes.

Step 2:

Preheat the oven to 180C

Step 3:

Spread the potatoes in a baking pan and drizzles olive oil over it.

Step 4:

Add the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well till all potatoes are coated with oil.

Step 5:

Bake the potatoes until they are golden brown and fork tender, about 30 minutes.
