Directions

Step 1:

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Step 2:

Add the popcorn kernels and stir to coat with the oil.

Step 3:

Cover the pot with a lid and wait for the kernels to start popping.

Step 4:

Once the popping starts, shake the pot occasionally to prevent the popcorn from burning.

Step 5:

Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a bowl.

Step 6:

Sprinkle with salt to taste and enjoy!
