Cut the pomegranates in half. Hold each half over a bowl, cut side down, and tap the back with a wooden spoon, squeezing a little to release the seeds.
Once all the seeds are out, put them in a juicer.
Collect the juice in a jug or cup. Discard the remaining seeds.
If you want, add lemon juice and honey or another sweetener to taste.
Chill the juice in the refrigerator or serve over ice. Enjoy your homemade pomegranate juice
