Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and green chillies and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
Add pohe and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes until the pohe is cooked through.
Add freshly grated coconut and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
