Wash the poha in a sieve and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onion and green chilli.
Saute for a few minutes until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
Mix well and add the poha.
Mix everything together and cook for a few minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add the lemon juice and mix.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
