Wash the poha in water and drain the water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add the poha and mix well.
Add the red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Cook for a few minutes until the poha is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, lemon and serve hot.
