Heat the sesame oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves, fry until they turn light brown.
Now, add the idlis and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle Idli Podi and mix well to ensure the idlis are well coated with the mix.
Sauté for a few minutes, turn off the flame and serve hot.
