Directions

Step 1:

Fill a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Step 2:

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar.

Step 3:

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and gently pour them into the saucepan.

Step 4:

Simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are cooked and the yolks are still runny.

Step 5:

Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6:
