Directions

Step 1:

Drain the tofu and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel. Place a heavy object on top of the tofu and let it sit for 10 minutes to press out the excess moisture.

Step 2:

Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.

Step 3:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4:

Add the tofu to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5:

Cook the tofu for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is golden brown and crispy.

Step 6:

Serve the tofu warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
