salt

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

warm water

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.

Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 3:

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Roll each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 9:

Place the roti on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

Step 10:

Flip the roti and cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

Step 11:

Serve warm.
