cardamom powder

2 tablespoons



Step 1:

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add the puffed rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until the puffed rice is lightly toasted.

Step 3:

Add the sugar, raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and dates and stir-fry for a few more minutes.

Step 4:

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5:

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.

Step 6:

Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
