Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.

Step 2:

Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Step 3:

Gradually add the warm water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.

Step 4:

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 5:

Divide the dough into small balls.

Step 6:

Roll each ball into a thin circle, about 5-6 inches in diameter.

Step 7:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 8:

Place the rolled dough on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 9:

Flip the khakhra and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 10:

Remove the khakhra from the pan and let it cool.

Step 11:

Repeat the process with the remaining dough.

Step 12:

Serve the khakhra with chutney or pickle. Enjoy!
