plain yogurt

cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon

black salt

roasted cumin powder

garam masala

1/4 teaspoon

cold water

1/4 cup

chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1:

In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, and sugar.

Step 2:

Add the cold water and whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3:

Add the chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 4:

Serve the chaas chilled. Enjoy!
