1 cup

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

amchur powder

1 teaspoon

chaat masala

1 teaspoon

oil

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add Phool Makhana and stir fry for a few minutes.

Step 4:

Add all the spices and mix well.

Step 5:

Cook for a few minutes until the Phool Makhana is lightly roasted.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Serve hot. Enjoy!
