Cook the khoya on low heat until it turns golden brown.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the chopped almonds, pistachios, and raisins.
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands.
Cook for a few more minutes until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
Cut into desired shapes and serve.
