cauliflower

1 large head

large onion, chopped

2 tablespoons

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chili powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1:

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

Step 2:

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 3:

Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it is lightly browned.

Step 5:

Add the cauliflower florets and stir to combine.

Step 6:

Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Step 7:

Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 8:

Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the pan.

Step 9:

Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.

Step 10:

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
