Wash and peel the parwal. Cut them into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fennel seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the parwal slices and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix again.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the parwal is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
