Wash and peel the parval and potatoes. Cut them into cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fennel seeds.
When the seeds start to crackle, add the parval and potatoes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Mix everything together and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes or until the parval and potatoes are cooked through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
