lime juice

Step 1:

Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Step 2:

Peel the papaya and cut into cubes.

Step 3:

In a medium bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice.

Step 4:

Add the cubed papaya to the bowl and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated.

Step 5:

Place the papaya cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 6:

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
