Papad Fry is a popular Indian snack made from deep-fried papadums. Papadums are thin, crisp discs made from a dough of lentils or rice. They are usually served as an accompaniment to a meal, but can also be enjoyed as a snack. Papad Fry is made by deep-frying the papadums until they are golden and crispy. Fried papads are topped with topped onion, tomatoes and green chillies to make masala papad which is served as an appetizer.
