In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and salt.
Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers and onions to the marinade and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated paneer cubes, bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the paneer is golden brown.
Serve the paneer tikka hot with chutney or raita. Enjoy!
