whole wheat flour

2 cups

salt

1/2 teaspoon

oil

warm water

1/2 cup

grated paneer

1/2 cup

garam masala

1/4 teaspoon

cumin powder

1/4 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon

red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon

amchur powder

1/4 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

chaat masala

1/4 teaspoon

chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons

chopped onion

2 tablespoons

chopped green chili

Directions

Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and oil.

Step 2:

Slowly add the warm water and knead the dough until it is soft and pliable.

Step 3:

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4:

In a separate bowl, mix together the grated paneer, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, cilantro, onion, and green chili.

Step 5:

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Step 6:

Take one portion of the dough and roll it out into a thin circle.

Step 7:

Place 2 tablespoons of the paneer mixture in the center of the circle.

Step 8:

Bring the edges of the circle together and pinch them together to seal the filling inside.

Step 9:

Roll the stuffed roti out into a thin circle.

Step 10:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the roti on the pan.

Step 11:

Cook the roti for 2-3 minutes on each side until it is golden brown.

Step 12:

Serve the paneer stuffed roti hot with chutney or pickle.
