Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
Once the butter melts, add the grated paneer and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum and sauté for a few more minutes.
Add the chaat masala, red chilli powder, and salt and mix well.
Take two slices of bread and spread the paneer mixture on one slice.
Place the other slice of bread on top and press lightly.
Heat a tawa over medium heat and place the sandwich on it.
Toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
