Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomato and green chilli and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and amchur powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add cubed paneer and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
