cubed paneer

1 cup

onion, chopped

tomato, chopped

green chilli, chopped

cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

asafoetida

1/4 teaspoon

oil

1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 3:

Add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute for a few minutes until the onion is lightly browned.

Step 4:

Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Cook for a few minutes until the tomato is soft.

Step 5:

Add cubed paneer and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is lightly browned.

Step 6:

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Step 7:

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
