Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
Add the coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and amchur powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cubed paneer and green peas. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
