coriander powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon

amchur powder

chaat masala

1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Directions

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Step 3:

Add the paneer cubes and fry them until golden brown.

Step 4:

Add the coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder, chaat masala and salt.

Step 5:

Fry for a few minutes until the spices are well blended.

Step 6:

Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 7:

Serve hot with roti or naan.
