Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt.
Sauté for a few minutes until the tomatoes are cooked.
Add the grated paneer and mix well.
Heat a non-stick tawa and spread the dosa batter evenly.
Spread the paneer mixture over the dosa and cook for a few minutes.
Flip the dosa and cook for a few more minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
