cumin seeds

coriander powder

garam masala

turmeric powder

red chili powder

onion, finely chopped


cloves garlic, minced


inch ginger, minced


green chili, finely chopped


tomato, finely chopped


paneer cubes

1 cup

Salt to taste

chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon



Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 3:

Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir and cook for a few seconds.

Step 4:

Add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook until the onion is soft and lightly browned.

Step 5:

Add tomato and cook until it is soft and mushy.

Step 6:

Add paneer cubes and stir to combine.

Step 7:

Add water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 8:

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
